Aslinn Merriman is a technology and business leader with experience spanning customer success, innovation, and technology strategy. She began her career in technology through sales, where she helped build a small managed services practice an experience that shaped her ability to connect business challenges with practical technical solutions. Since then, Aslinn has worked in both local and global roles across multinational organizations, bridging the gap between technology, people, and outcomes.
Currently, Aslinn serves as the President‑Elect for Women in Technology Wisconsin for the Northeast Region and leads the customer success practice for a managed service provider based in Appleton, Wisconsin. She is passionate about supporting inclusive technology communities and helping organizations and individuals build confidence in navigating an increasingly digital world.
Outside of her primary role, Aslinn founded Cipher and Shimmer, a company focused on delivering cybersecurity tabletop exercises and training content for “unlikely” cyber‑risk audiences. Through this work, she helps individuals understand their own human vulnerabilities in an age of rapid digital transformation and AI, with the goal of empowering consumers to be more aware, resilient, and prepared as technology becomes woven into everyday life.
